Dave Has been active in the development industry and has been investing in real estate since 1989. He has been recognized with multiple awards by the American Society of Civil Engineers for his technical writing.
Committed to serve the community, Dave is a member of The American Planning Association, sits on the Code Review and Design Board for the City of LaBelle, the Collier County Rural Land Stewardship Area Review Committee (RLSA) (committee adjourned), Horizon Study Master Plan Committee for Golden Gate Estates (committee adjourned), the Value Adjustment Board for Collier County, The FGUA, the Golden Gate Fire Department Citizens Advisory Board and is the 2010 incoming Chairman for the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida District Council where he has been a full member since 2003.
He managed the acquisition, entitlement and development of property for Keystone Companies from 2000 to 2008 before starting KDA.
